750 Assist Expanding Fitting

The Interclamp 750 Assist Expanding Fitting is designed to attach a freestanding galvanised handrail to an upright at a variable angle. It combines a male lug with a 173F swivel, making it a flexible and reliable choice for adjustable handrail connections.

The top section of the fitting expands into the galvanised handrail tube and is primarily used to join two lengths of tube together. Where no joining is required, the alternative 751 fitting is recommended. The 173F female swivel fixes onto the top of the upright posts, and with the bolt and nut supplied, the horizontal rail can be adjusted to the desired angle.

Supplied unassembled, this fitting includes the 750M top expanding bracket, 173F swivel female and a bolt and nut for secure installation. As part of the Interclamp DDA Assist range, it has been developed to comply with DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) specifications for disability handrails and access ramps.
